24 Hours in the Desert
The premise
A single desert day — sunrise to sunset, shared with friends.
In partnership with Coachella, this project brings Pinterest's editorial aesthetic to life by capturing the desert as a shared experience among a close-knit group of friends. Set across the arc of a single day—from sunrise to sunset—the content highlights the desert's shifting moods as a backdrop for connection, creativity, and self-expression.

The work
The deliverables include five short-form video Pins and 50 still images, with a focus on time-of-day storytelling over varied landscapes. A curated balance of 60% atmospheric landscape and detail shots—glowing horizons, sun-soaked textures, and starry skies—and 40% activity-driven, full-body moments showcases the desert as both a place and a feeling, aligning with Coachella's cultural energy and engaging a Gen Z audience through authentic, aspirational moments.
A full suite of assets across a variety of formats to launch Pinterest's partnership with Coachella.
